Custom Pool Builders Inc. is a dual ownership company with hands on participation by both owners.
Lawrence Calarco
Mr. Calarco is the CEO and President of Custom Pool Builders Inc. and has 20 plus years’ experience in the swimming pool industry. Mr. Calarco’s extensive knowledge in pool composition, spa additions, reconfigurations, plaster, tiling, and pool equipment allows him to design, manage and execute projects seamlessly. Mr. Calarco is CPO Certified, LP Certified, a member of The National Plaster Association and The Treasure Coast Builder’s Association in Martin, St. Lucie and Indian River counties. He is factory trained in SGM and Florida Stucco plastering products and application and his company is recognized as a Certified Warranty station for Zodiac, Jandy and Pentair Pool Equipment. He is the Owner of Custom Pool & Spa Mechanics (Established 2004) and Custom Pool Plastering (Established 2014). He carries State and County Licenses in Commercial and Residential Swimming Pool Construction.

Craig Bisset
Mr. Bisset is the Vice President of Custom Pool Builders Inc. and the Owner of Square Contracting. He is a Commercial and Residential General Contractor with over two decades of experience. His comprehensive background in concrete form, plumbing, structural steel, and electrical applications makes him an exceptional Project Manager with the knowledge to supervise each step in the pool building process, ensuring that all aspects of each project adhere to code and are executed properly. Mr. Bisset carries Building and Commercial Pool Licenses.
Our Staff
Custom Pool Builders does not Subcontract out our Digs, Renovations, Tile installation, Plastering applications, Decking or Equipment installations. This not only allows us to maintain Quality Control, but it enables us to pass those savings along to our customers. Our Staff is the most valuable resource that we have to offer our customers. Many of our employees have been with our companies for 15-20 years on average and the knowledge, experience and professionalism they bring to the table is invaluable.
